Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Wadbros. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. The minimum order amount should be 2500/- (without GST).
Payment
All orders require 100% advance payment. We accept payments through secure online payment gateways, including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and other available payment methods.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally delivered within 7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier service, or circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before processing or dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within one week of Invoice Date.
Warranty
All Wadbros products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorised repairs, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details. Wadbros is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
Limitation of Liability
Wadbros' liability is limited to the purchase value of the product. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
Privacy
Customer information is collected and used only for order processing, customer support, and service improvement in accordance with applicable laws.
General
Wadbros reserves the right to update prices, products, and this policy without prior notice. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
